HOW DO I BOOK YOU?

To book our studio for your wedding day we require all parties to sign our contract and a $1,000 retainer fee which is credited toward the balance of your package to reserve your wedding day.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We collect payments in cash, check or any credit/debit card, however, all credit card transactions will include a 4% surcharge. This is the fee charged directly from our credit card processing company. 


DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS?

Of course! A $1,000 retainer fee is due upon booking our studio and the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. We can split payments however you like, as long as the remaining balance is paid 30 days before your wedding day.


DO YOU TRAVEL?

We sure do! We will take care of all our travel arrangements, however, a travel fee will be added to your package. Travel fee varies based on location and season. Inquire for details.


HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE? 

Our style is clean, simple and romantic. Two photographers will be present at your wedding day to capture your day in a relaxed, photojournalistic style. What we mean by that is, we'll sit back and photograph your day as it unfolds naturally. We will not step in and disrupt beautiful moments, instead we will photograph the moment as it happened, organically. During the portraits of family, wedding party and bridals we will take charge and pose subjects as we see fit. 


WE DON'T LIKE TAKING PICTURES AND ALWAYS FEEL AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, WILL YOU HELP POSE US?

Yes, absolutely! This is one the most common concerns we hear from couples. Our posing style is relaxed and natural, we will pose you from head to toe in a natural and romantic way. I’ve been a dancer most of my life (25+years) and have an extremely creative eye and ability to pose even the most awkward subjects. 


WILL YOU BE MY ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPHER OR WILL SOMEONE ELSE BE PHOTOGRAPHING MY WEDDING DAY?

I will be your photographer for your engagement session and wedding day. My second shooter will more than likely be my husband, Ryan, but in the rare occasion he is not available a second shooter with a similar photographic style to ours will be hired. All photos taken by myself and second shooter are edited by my team to ensure a consistent and branded gallery.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PICTURES?

We will post a Sneak Peek from your wedding on our Facebook and Instagram (so be sure to follow us!). All final, edited images will be delivered in a private online viewing gallery within 60 days of your wedding, if not sooner!


WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS FOR PHOTOS AND ALBUMS?

Professional prints and other products such as canvas, USB's and albums can be ordered directly from your online gallery. Free in studio pick ups are available as well as direct shipping to any US address. We offer complimentary print consultations to help our clients design collage walls, photo walls and more. Guest books are designed in studio and electronic proofs are sent to you to review prior to ordering, wedding albums are designed in studio together! Custom covers, engraving and page layouts are available!


HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

We average approximately 100 final images per hour. This is the number of images that will be delivered in your online viewing gallery. Some weddings may have more or less final images as this is just an average. You will receive ALL final images from your wedding, we don't hold anything ransom from our clients!


DO WE FEED YOUR TEAM DURING THE WEDDING DAY?

Yes. Typical wedding day coverage is anywhere between 6-8 hours and in that time there is a lot of jogging, squatting, and talking to ensure we are getting the best photos possible. Providing a hot meal is the best way to refuel and recharge your photography team so we can continue doing what we do best, documenting your day!


WHY DO ALL WEDDING COLLECTIONS INCLUDE A COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

Engagement sessions are tons of fun and it's the best way for us to get to know each other before your wedding day. Most couples we photograph aren't professional models and aren't used to being in front of the camera so think of it like a practice run to prepare for your wedding day. We pose you from head to toe and tell you exactly what to do. Taking advantage of your complimentary engagement session will give you and your Fiance' a sense of relief and excitement to work with us during your wedding day and if it makes you feel any better, none of our couples have ever left the engagement session wishing they hadn't done it!


WHAT DO WE WEAR FOR OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?

Picking the wardrobe for your engagement session can be the most stressful part of your photo session. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in whatever you choose to wear but here are a few tips and tricks:

- Pick an overall style for your session (Rustic, simple, glam, edgy etc.)

- Choose a color palette with 3 different but complimenting colors (blue, tan and white etc.)

- Mix and match patterns and add accessories!

- Stay away from clothing that has big logos, writing, and/or graphics.

- Go for a manicure!

- Consider getting your hair and makeup professionally styled for your session! Ask for references.

CAN WE CHOOSE OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION LOCATION OR WILL YOU CHOOSE FOR US?

 

There are certain elements we look for when choosing a location to photograph such as open space, variety in texture, lighting opportunities, color casts, etc. so we like to be a part of the decision, but in most cases we will choose a location together to ensure the best portraits and experience as possible!
